The entire month of June is Men’s Health Awareness Month. June 11-17 is Men’s Health Awareness week. Both of these awareness events encompass most healthcare service lines. Consider promoting them with your men’s health campaigns and HRAs as part of your marketing strategy.
Harvard Medical School has shown that the the life expectancy of an American male may be as much as 5.1 years less than an American woman (source: National Center for Health Statistics). Many factors are attributed to this statistic including a variety of behavioral and genetic factors, and part of this is largely due to awareness.
