It is Stroke Awareness Month once again. The word “stroke” might fill our minds with with images of the elderly. However, many of those who have strokes are actually under 60. Worse yet, most are unaware they were even at risk. Don’t worry. You can reach those who might be in the “walking ill” category. How? use our Stroke HRA as a piece of your Stroke Awareness Month outreach programs.
By tracking traffic sources we know clients with above average success on stroke campaigns use social marketing efforts to drive traffic to the HRA. Good targeting will reach 40 – 60-year-olds with risk factors like diabetes, low levels of physical activity, poor diet, high stress, or smoking. Folks in these categories are often profitably insured and willing to share health information digitally. Yet, because of their youthful age, may not consider stroke to be a concern. In other words, they are prime candidates for a Stroke HRA!
