Clients who use the Special Offers customization in their Health Assessments tend to generate more motivated users and higher completion rates than those who do not; these Special Offers give you a fun way to encourage users to engage with and complete your Health Assessment. Examples of highly successful offers used by our top clients in the past include: grocery gift cards, cookbooks, FitBits or other activity trackers, free medical screenings, and free therapeutic massages. The type of offer you promote should correspond to the HRA users are in to generate the most interest and motivation among users.
For example, users who come to the Back and Neck Pain Profiler may be more incentivized by a free or discounted therapeutic massage than a cookbook; alternatively, users who come to the Heart Health HRA may be more encouraged to complete the HRA with a free, downloadable cookbook with heart-healthy recipes, rather than a therapeutic massage.
You can find the Special Offers section within the Customization section of the Health Assessment, in your Client Dashboard.
To add this feature to a current Health Assessment, click “Customization” and then select the HRA you’d like to add a Special Offer to. Click “Start a Change Request” and then go into the Special Offers section to add your details.
Once enabled, a link to your offer will be displayed on the Introduction page and a checkbox will be added to the User Contact Information form. This will allow users to provide their personal information and sign up for the offer.
