Available Variables for Emails

{NAME} – The name of the user formatted as “First name Last name”

{FIRST_NAME} – The first name of the user

{LAST_NAME} – The last name of the user

{EMAIL} – The email address of the user

{RESULT_STATEMENT} – The result statement is the large bold text that appears on the results page of the HRA(s). For example: You are at High Risk for stroke, based on your stroke risk factors.

{RESULT} – The primary result category that was provided to the user. For example: “High Risk” or “Complete Impairment”

{DATE_COMPLETED} – The date that the user completed the app – Formatted as “mm/dd/yyyy”

{HRA_NAME} – The “App Name” as specified in the customization section.

{HRA_LINK} – The link to the location on the hospital website that contains the HRA.

{CONTACT_INFO} – The HTML formatted text that appears in the contact information window and on the last page of the report.

{LOGO_1} – Logo 1 from the HRA customization.

{LOGO_1_URL} – Logo 1 from the HRA customization. (Just the URL to the source of the image to be used within a custom image tag for styling and sizing.)

{LOGO_2} – Logo 2 from the v3 HRA customization.

{LOGO_2_URL} – Logo 2 from the v3 HRA customization. (Just the URL to the source of the image to be used within a custom image tag for styling and sizing.)

{ORGANIZATION_NAME} – The “Organization Name” as specified in the customization section.

{CLIENT_NAME} – The name of the client as defined within the management portal.

{CLIENT_ADDRESS} – The street address of the client.

{CLIENT_CITY} – The city of the client.

{CLIENT_STATE} – The two letter abbreviation for the state of the client.

{CLIENT_ZIP} – The 5 digit zip code for the client.

{OPT_OUT} – The text of the opt out language as specified below. This variable is REQUIRED for a valid template.

{PRIMARY_COLOR} – The Primary Color from the HRA customization. This hexadecimal color includes the “#” sign.

{CURRENT_YEAR} – The current year as of the sending of the email in four digit format.

{SUBJECT} – The subject of the email. Used by the template level ONLY.

{IMAGE_1} – First image uploaded for the template. Used by the template level ONLY.

{IMAGE_1_URL} – First image uploaded for the template. Used by the template level ONLY (Just the URL to the source of the image to be used within a custom image tag for styling and sizing).

{IMAGE_2} – Second image uploaded for the template. Used by the template level ONLY.

{IMAGE_2_URL} – Second image uploaded for the template. Used by the template level ONLY (Just the URL to the source of the image to be used within a custom image tag for styling and sizing).

{IMAGE_3} – Third image uploaded for the template. Used by the template level ONLY.

{IMAGE_3_URL} – Third image uploaded for the template. Used by the template level ONLY (Just the URL to the source of the image to be used within a custom image tag for styling and sizing).

{HRA_PROMO_CONTENT} – The default promotional content provided for user sharing emails. Close
