About Status Indicator on HRAs

Portal includes a Status indicator badge on all HRAs throughout the configuration process as well as after your app is launched. Status indicates whether your apps are currently active (collecting live data) or inactive, helping you to quickly troubleshoot any HRAs that are no longer collecting live data.

Receiving Data – Active (Green)

This status indicator means that the app has completed a customization and follow-up plan, is embedded on your site, and is currently receiving traffic from active users.

Not Receiving Data – Not Active (Yellow)

This status indicator means that the app has not received any data in its lifetime. All app statuses will be yellow until customization and follow-up are complete, the app is embedded on your site, and it begins to receive traffic from active users.

Stopped Receiving Data – Not Active (Red)

This status means that the app was previously receiving data from active users but has stopped receiving data for a period of 14 days or more. If you see this status, we recommend inspecting your embed code or contacting a member of the Medicom Client Success team for assistance.

Suspended App – Suspended (Orange)

This status means that the app has been suspended. If you see this status and would like more info, contact a member of the Medicom Client Success team for assistance.

The Portal Dashboard also organizes all of your apps by Status. Active apps will appear at the top, followed by any inactive apps. You can easily link to your inactive apps via the link in the blue box. Active apps can be easily searched and filtered.

Cost

We are waving our 1-time fee for new customers for a limited time.
We typically charge $25k to health systems for a 3-yr. service period.

Rx Savings Assistant® has no ongoing costs for providers.
Pharma manufacturers fund the discounts. We receive a small commission for each discount used. There is no impact on pharmacy profit margins.

Health systems do shoulder the cost of the IT implementation.
This includes paying for any additional EHR data feeds if necessary.
