The Health Solutions Management Portal has been updated to help make managing your HRAs easier and more streamlined. This article will explain the updates and help you navigate the new user interface.
Set up HRAs Directly from the Dashboard
The dashboard will now be the only access point for HRA set-up and management.
Each module displays links to the 3-step process needed to launch an HRA. Customization, Follow-up and Embed sections will all be directly accessed through these links.
We have removed the list pages for Customization and Follow-up sections that were previously accessed through the top navigation tabs.
Modules will continue to display Performance and Results metrics, HRA Status, and the Preview HRA and Copy URL links. Please note: Metrics will only display for Active apps.
We’ve also added an additional filter to limit which HRAs you are viewing by activation status. Simply check the Status box(es) you wish to view in your dashboard.
A Final Note
Navigation to the Reports, Emails and Calls to Action sections has not been changed. You can continue to access these areas through the tabs on the top navigation.
