Our new v3 Profilers now offer the capability to collect users’ emails early in the Profiler experience, rather than at the end. This gives you the opportunity to remarket to users who leave the profiler before reaching the results screen, which may in turn help boost completion rates and conversions.
This new customization feature is found in the “Consumer Information Collection” section on your Customization dashboard (section 6).
Turning this feature on places the email field on the first page of questions.
Turning it off places the email field in the contact form at the end of the Profiler.
In addition to this new feature, we’ve also added a new flag to raw data reports that will mark a user’s dataset as “is complete” when they complete the Profiler and reach the results screen. This allows for easy filtering to identify email addresses of users who did not complete the Profiler.
