Five days a week we burst into our regular routines before work. Whether that’s brushing our teeth, checking our phones, or even grabbing that cup of coffee before we start our day. The hope is that these daily actions help improve our quality of life.
What if you can do the same with your HRAs? To improve them by giving a little every now and then. Make it become one of your daily routines.
Here are some tips to help you get started:
#1 Schedule Learning Sessions
Practice makes perfect. We understand there are many things to learn in the Medicom Health Management Portal. (And as our developers create updates and release improvements, we learn new things all the time too!) Schedule time in your calendar to learn about a small portion of the portal a day. We have an amazing support website that can help guide you in these sessions. A great idea on how to get started is to have each person in your team become an expert in a specific area then teach one another as a collaborative effort.
#2 Schedule Reports
There is a feature in the Reports tab that allows you to schedule different types of reports which are sent directly to your email inbox. Depending on the cadence you select, you’ll be able to review HRA performance, comparison between assessments, demographics of user completions, and/or the source that brought those users to your HRA. Having this information at your fingertips when you need it will save you time for other tasks.
#3 Bookmark
There’s no need to memorize the link to the Medicom Health Management Portal or sift through past emails, just bookmark it. Save the URL directly in your browser to easily find the log-in when needed to create a more efficient login process.
