Customizing Results Emails (And ‘Sharing’ as a CTA!)

One of the hallmarks of a good vendor partnership is the ability to customize the product to your needs. At Medicom Health, we’ve been working to add more options beyond logos and colors, and we now offer features such as custom questions, early email collection, splash pages, custom sidebars, and even more to come. One of the areas where you may want to spend some time reviewing your setup is with emails following an HRA.

Historically, once a user completed an HRA, a standard results email was sent to their inbox within moments. Now you have the ability to make that email opt-in, edit the contents of the message the user receives, and even create a custom sharing email.

• Opt-In:
  For the opt-in, our default is to leave the box checked so the email will send, but if that is not your preference it’s a simple change.
• Email Contents:
  While our default email is still a choice, you can setup a custom email with whatever subject line, sender name and email content you would like.
• Sharing Email Contents:
  A new feature, available as a CTA (Call to Action), users can now generate an easy-to-share email to send the HRA to friends and family without sharing their own data or results. Again, we have an option available, but you can create your own as well.
