Corporation Customization: Consistent HRAs

One of the features that clients have found very useful in our portal was the ability to save follow-up plans into the Collections area. This function allows users to save CTAs and emails that can then be used across different HRAs and/or risk levels. The purpose is to save time from recreating the wheel if multiple HRAs happen to use the same follow-up plan. It also allows you to make edits on only one place vs. having to go into each separate follow-up plan.

Lock Your Customization

You are now able to lock-in customization features to be the same for all your HRAs! The Corporation Customization lock feature is a way for you to lock specific sections of the customization, at the Corporation level, so that it will remain consistent throughout all your HRAs. This also automatically customizes newly added HRAs which speeds up the customization set-up process and increases productivity in the portal.

Because of its’ level of sensitivity, only administrators have access to lock this feature. There are currently 3 sections that are available at the corporation level: Legal Disclaimer; Consumer Information; and Branding, Logos and Colors.
