HRA Benchmark Comparisons Now Possible
By client request, our new HRA Benchmark Comparison feature allows clients to see how their HRAs stack up against other clients. While many are advocating against paying too much attention to the competition, awareness of basic metrics is still helpful. Thus, going forward, the national averages for seven different stats are available in the Management Portal.
For example, you can quickly see HRA benchmark stats like completion percentages and the average time to complete an assessment. You can also see national averages for the percent of users who provided contact information and those who clicked any one of the three calls-to-action. Previously, clients would have to call or email to request HRA benchmark information.
As an aside, the stats themselves are pretty impressive, as you can see below. Almost half of users who start the Heart HRA finish it and almost 3/4 click a call-to-action link! Considering how broadly the HRAs are promoted, those are solid marks.
To access this new improvement, simply log in to the Management Portal and click the Reporting tab. On the left sidebar, click Benchmark Comparison.
