Medicom Health has a number of support articles available on our website to assist you with all things HRAs. They are fairly quick and easy to find, but did you know that there is an even faster route that will take you there directly? Connect easily from the Medicom Health Portal!
We typically talk a lot about the User/Audit and Integration icons in the upper right- hand corner of the portal, but the avatar one? That’s where the secret lies.
The drop down of this avatar icon includes the following options:
- Profile – Shows general information about the User and the 2-Factor Authentication set-up
- Support – This is the link that will take you directly to our Support Articles
- Contact – Provides contact information to our Technical Support and Billing/Account departments
- Log Out
Needless to say, Support is where it’s all at: Follow Up Plans, Common Questions, Customization, CRM Integration, Campaign Attribution…the list goes on. It might be a great idea just to bookmark this page for future reference. You can even simply print them out or share it with your colleagues!
