New 90-Day HRA Performance Reviews with Clients

New for 2021, our Client Success Team will conduct HRA Performance Reviews using upgraded reporting templates, every 90 days, with all direct clients.

These thorough check-ins will identify both strengths and weakness of current deployments. Our hope is that we can help steadily increase the value our health risk assessments generate.

The importance of iterative improvement is pretty clear to most marketers. This website quote sums it up well.

Iteration is the process of making continuous improvements to your website and outreach efforts to optimize your conversion rates. This is done through watching trends in your analytics and split testing. It’s not something you do once to kick the tires of a new call-to-action page, either. It’s a critical best practice that should be part of your strategy on an ongoing basis.

HRA Performance Reviews

Here are some of the areas we’ll be looking at:

  • HRA Status
    The current technical functioning of each HRA:

    • Active = Receiving data
    • Not Active = Not launched
    • Not Active = Stopped receiving data
  • HRA Performance
    Usage statistics compared to global averages of all our clients.
  • Current Active Integrations
    An overview of currently used integrations and which HRAs they are attached to.
  • New Features/Updates Launched
    The latest features and enhancements we’ve added to the HRAs and the Management Portal.
  • Recommended Actions
    We’ll provide actionable feedback based on hundreds of clients and years of experience.

Pharma manufacturers fund the discounts. We receive a small commission for each discount used. There is no impact on pharmacy profit margins.

Health systems do shoulder the cost of the IT implementation.
