Custom Questions for V3 HRAs

June 26, 2018 Tami Weigold Category: Blog, News & Blog

Custom Questions for V3 HRAs

Have custom questions that you’d like to add to the end of your v3 HRAs? We will be adding this option shortly. You’ll be able to add up to 6 questions, 2 per page to all v3 HRAs. These questions will not influence risk level or screening recommendation. Answers will be available in the Raw Data report.

Now you can have better insights to prospective patients when reaching out. For example, if your bariatric program only accepts certain insurance plans, now you will have access to the user’s info pre-call. Or if your orthopedic surgeons want to know if a consumer has already seen a specific system provider for their condition, now you can ask. The possibilities are endless!

More examples of custom questions:

  • Net promoter questions
  • Access questions
  • Social determinants of heath
  • Lots more…
More information will be coming soon! This feature is expected to roll out this quarter as an add-on to your license. Contact us with questions.

Tami Weigold

Director of Client Success

Tami has been in the healthcare marketing space for nearly two decades – working in both large hospital systems and independent medical groups. The majority of her career was spent in San Diego, leading marketing and communications efforts for both Sharp Healthcare and Palomar Health. With a hefty focus on CRM, ROI analysis and the patient experience, Tami was an early adopter of digital technology.

After a recent move to Connecticut, with her husband Justin and children Molly and Max, Tami is excited to join the Client Success team at Medicom Health and looks to be a valued strategic resource to her clients.

Cost

We are waving our 1-time fee for new customers for a limited time.
We typically charge $25k to health systems for a 3-yr. service period.

Rx Savings Assistant® has no ongoing costs for providers.
Pharma manufacturers fund the discounts. We receive a small commission for each discount used. There is no impact on pharmacy profit margins.

Health systems do shoulder the cost of the IT implementation.
This includes paying for any additional EHR data feeds if necessary.
