What do you call someone who uses both the right and left side of their brain? Jeni Meier. Wielding a degree in fine art and an MBA, Jeni is the kind of resourceful double-threat that makes her a passionately excellent addition to the Medicom Health team.
She’s worked in both graphic and web design but took time away from the workforce to raise two stellar daughters. Initially joining Medicom Health in 2012 in a contractor role ensuring quality assurance for the entire suite of tools, Jeni’s attention to detail and meaningful contributions netted her a permanent position on the team in 2015.
Now Jeni serves a dual role as both the manager of the Product and QA Teams. Not only does she get to select and develop new products our clients are most excited about, she also gets the joy of ensuring the development team’s software design passes muster. The improvements and new products Medicom Health creates are successful because of the cohesion between Jeni and her team. Jeni says the best part of her work at Medicom Health is knowing she’s part of two teams responsible for creating a quality product for our clients as well as end-users of our software solutions.
Her efforts and perseverance shine all the way back home to where she remains busy with family activities. Her daughters are involved with both show choir and band activities so there is a lot of running around between performances all over the state. Things may slow down a little this fall as her eldest daughter is off to college, so there may be more time for leisurely strolls, yoga in the park, and trivia nights with friends.
Medicom Health and our clients are lucky to have Jeni’s charismatic spark igniting change and leading the way.
