We are always looking for new and helpful ways to review data and understand the information gathered from our HRAs. Our goal is to create useful tools for our clients and to that end, we’ve added Performance Trends to our report section.
Found on the left panel of the reports tab, the Performance Trend report is a simple way to show month-over-month performance of either all active HRAs or filtered down individually. Viewers have the option to review the data for three different time frames; the past 6 months, the past year or as year-to-date. You also have the ability to print or email the report directly from the portal or download the file as a CSV.
The Performance Trend report is an excellent snapshot of visits and completions to easily analyze your HRA activity each month. It is useful to get an idea of performance and correlate activity with Marketing Campaigns and other promotional efforts.
The report also provides a high-level understanding of user activity while completing the HRAs, including time spent, whether or not they provided their contact information, and which provided call to action the user selected. The report can also be valuable in presenting results to Leadership or comparing numbers with what it is showing in your CRM following an update.
