HRA Tip:

Promote COVID Vaccinations via HRA Results to All or Only At-Risk Patients

Promote COVID Vaccinations via HRA Results to All or Only At-Risk Patients

Use the custom Calls-to-Action (CTAs) and Follow-Up Emails features of our health risk assessments (HRAs) to promote COVID vaccinations. As a reminder, the CTAs are the 3 ” clickable next steps” on the Results screen of our HRAs that you can customize per the calculated risk result.

Use a CTA “slot” to provide a short message and a link to your online scheduler or vaccination resources. Then reinforce that messaging and repeat the link in the follow-up emails you configure in the Mgmt. Portal or integrated CRM/MA tool.

TWO POWERFUL OPTIONS TO PROMOTE COVID VACCINATIONS

Depending on your available resources and vaccination bandwidth, you can choose to encourage:

  1. Vaccination for all users
  2. Only those who are statistically at-risk based on the medical data gathered by the specific HRA

To help with the second option, we’ve created this document to help you identify which users should be considered “at-risk” according to guidelines. Please note that the Acid Reflux, Bladder Control, Anxiety and Depression HRAs do not to allow a determination of elevated risk status for COVID-19.

If some recommendations appear counter-intuitive, or if you just want some help with this, please contact us for more details. Of course, if you promote COVID vaccinations only to at-risk users now, you can change that as bandwidth increases. We will have a similar guide available shortly to help you promote flu shots.

The response has been excellent. We have had 151 run-throughs, 40 emails and 7 physician referrals. If one of the referrals gets referred for a mid-major cardiac procedure, the app has paid for itself three-fold. The tool is working like a charm and my predictions have been right on thus far!
