What’s Your Number? Activation Scoring is a Path to ROI

The Client Success Team (CST) at Medicom Health has created an Activation Scoring tool to provide a customized and complimentary review of each live HRA, upon request. The team monitors best practices of health systems across the country using Medicom HRAs monitors and looks for best practices and highest HRA response rates. This provides the basis for region or market-specific recommendations to help you amplify the reach and ROI for the assessments you use.

How Does It Work?

The Activation Score is a 0-150 point scale that assigns points for Customization, Promotion, Follow-up and Reporting Values. It measures tactics like “Using Lightbox Implementation,” “Using Early Email Collection,” “SEM Marketing,” “Risk-based CTAs” in place, and “Scheduled Reports Setup.” Following the assessment, the Client Success Team will provide additional resources for training, if needed, and plan for re-evaluation at a specified date to ensure changes are leading to lifts in ROI.

Why Should I Use The Activation Scoring Report?

Every two weeks, the Medicom Health development team releases updates to our products. Some are minor upgrades like edits to text to make them easier to understand and some are significant like the robust new Follow-up Engine. With such frequent updates, sometimes it can be a challenge to know just which features make the most sense to implement for each market. The Activation Scoring Report will tell you how you measure up to other health systems and will give you insights about areas to improve.

To request an Activation Scoring assessment, reach out to your account manager. Note that depending on the volume of requests at a given time the turnaround can vary. Medicom Health strives to have reports prepared within 5 business days.
