Evariant Integration Added
A great example of Medicom Health’s commitment to your success is the latest integration with Evariant. For nearly a year before the integration was complete our dev team collaborated with clients on a workaround via the Custom Code section of the Management Portal to support a data transfer even before it was finished being built. Now with the integration firmly in place, when respondents take assessments their data is automatically transmitted to the Evariant CRM system. More {Variable} Support in Follow Up Email System
Next, another exciting Q3 2021 HRA update & enhancement includes the ability to populate more personalization in your emails. The follow up system allows for up to 10 customized email follow-up messages to each assessment respondent. Previously, variables were only able to be utilized in the body of an email with limited support in subject lines. Now, we’ve added the ability to utilize variables to populate (and personalize) email subject lines and the ‘from’ field.
Info Added on Enabling ADA Compliance
In 2018 Medicom Health released an update bringing all v3 assessments on the platform into compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) which are the international set of standards for digital accessibility. We did this to meet the needs of everyone in the community your health system serves. Our most recent update provides detailed information about what changes occur within an assessment when ADA Compliance is enabled.
Selecting ADA Compliance (WCAG 2.0 Level AA) will optimize the HRA for screen readers as well as meet Level AA contrast requirements for the assessment. Here are the changes made to the assessment when this option is enabled:
- Label text is darkened
- Alternate Results badge colors are used
- Inline feedback is not shown
- Calculating page is not shown
- Email field on the Contact form does not prompt for common email errors (“Did you mean…?”)
- Auto-timeout feature is disabled (i.e., no inactivity notice will appear to inactive users)
However, there may still be customization changes to meet WCAG requirements:
- In the Branding, Logos and Color section, select a dark enough primary UI color to meet a contrast requirement of 4.5:1
- In the Splash Screen section, select a text color for the About/Contact (Footer Content) to meet a contrast requirement of 4.5:1 when compared to the selected background image or color
To enable or view these changes in the Management Portal, click Customization > (HRA) > Legal & Compliance and scroll to the bottom of the page.
