Use Demographics to Define Like Audiences

July 31, 2018 Tami Weigold Category: Blog, Tip, News & Blog

Use Demographics to Define Like Audiences

You know how important targeting is to your campaign success, but how often do you go back to revisit it? Take advantage of the completion data in your Medicom Health portal to define “like audiences.”

Use it to discover what types of people are most likely to take your HRAs. Then improve your targeting and messaging over time.

Selecting just the right demographics for an effective marketing campaign can sometimes be a guessing game. What is the most effective target age range, should we focus on males versus females, are there some ethnicities that would be more likely to respond? Not to mention the algorithms behind the HRA itself, may cater to specific audiences. So many variables to consider – there has to be an easier way!

Using the Demographics reports from the HRA Portal can simplify the process of establishing the perfect target audience for your CRM or other tools. These reports give a clear picture of who has successfully completed the HRA. They break it down by gender, age range and ethnicity. No need to recreate the wheel – use the proven data to make your life easier. Use this data to periodically check on with your CRM campaigns or share with your agency when developing creative for optimal results.

Here is a sample of what to look for:
