Self Care: How HRAs Motivate Healthy Behaviors

Success, career, and family are contributing factors that can detract from healthy behaviors in nearly every consumer. Quite often these consumers are focused on dedicating time to their dependents at the detriment of their own personal health. The first step to change could be as easy as a 5-minute online health assessment.

Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) are a great solution to better help individuals take the time to understand their own health. Medicom Health HRAs are even intelligent enough to have built-in follow up plans, including CTAs and a lead-nurturing email campaign capability. These features are specifically meant to provide resources that motivate users to take action by scheduling follow-up visits with the right point of care. More often than not, busy people just need an extra nudge towards the right direction.

Medicom Health assessments just don’t simply gather information about the individual. Rather they help assess their risks using widely accepted studies and algorithms that have been proven to stratify individual risk creating a personalized experience. Our team of UX/UI designers have deliberately crafted out each risk result, in a way that won’t intimidate consumers, but rather to motivate and inspire. Things as basic as colors and tone can direct users to the next steps they need. HRAs can create bridges that connect the different issues they are facing today.

Knowing a support network exists creates a powerful bond and that’s just one part of the connection. Guiding consumers through the health system via follow-up plans coaches them to make educated decisions. Often times, people are intimidated by the idea of knowing something may be wrong, but they are lacking the knowledge of where to start and how to seek care. Unite your community to discuss the barriers they deal with and help motivate them to take action.
