Medicom Health provides built-in CRM integrations (Customer Relationship Management) for your Health Risk Assessments (HRAs). This allows you to add users from your Health Assessments directly to a CRM system. We currently support two types of integrations: a real-time API integration and a batch process integration via SFTP.
Why Use a CRM Integration?
A CRM integration allows your organization to
- Add contact info, demographic info, self-reported health info, and other segmentation criteria to your database. This info enriches the data you have about your consumers and patient populations.
- Incorporate users from Health Assessments into existing marketing campaigns running from your CRM system.
- Match records from your Health Assessments with billing data to calculate your actual ROI.
How Real-Time API CRM Integrations Work
Real-time API CRM integrations work by sending data to your CRM system as users complete a Health Assessment. Data is sent over an encrypted (secure) connection to the CRM vendor. This data is used to create a new contact record, which typically includes the user’s contact information and primary result information. The exact information provided will vary depending on the CRM system your organization uses.
How Batch Process CRM Integrations Work
Batch Process CRM integrations work by sending data to your CRM system at scheduled intervals through Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). This interval could be nightly, weekly, or monthly depending on your CRM vendor. The data is then processed by your CRM vendor and appended to your CRM database. At a minimum, a user’s contact information and primary result information will be provided. The exact information provided will vary, depending on the CRM system.
