Email is cheap and effective outreach. To that end, the management portal includes a powerful built-in email system at no additional cost. The system has multiple, flexible, interconnected parts to meet most use cases. Additionally, we have recently increased the number of follow-emails you can send from 3 to 10 for better nurturing. (Alternatively, we provide connectors for a few marketing automation systems. And, of course, we can send lists to your CRM.)

Default Emails: The Ultimate Time-Saver
If you have absolutely no time to create follow-up emails, we still have you covered. We include 3 basic emails on an ultra-generic template. (Note, we also have additional advanced pre-built templates included–or add your own.)
The Power of Email Collections
Save scheduled emails into “Email Collections” for maximum efficiency. This allows you to re-use emails. You can assign any email to any segment (risk level/PCP-status) in any HRA. Any edits/changes made to an email saved in Collection automatically update everywhere it is used. Check out the end of this support article for more details.
Critical Tip: Use Variables
Additionally, using variables is key for maximum re-usability. A “variable” is a bracketed placeholder that dynamically updates based on context. For example, “Heart Health Assessment” would replace {PROFILER_NAME} in an email subject or body copy. There are also code variables that you can insert into the HTML code for things like colors.
