Are you familiar with Raw Data in your Medicom Health admin portal? This .csv document is essentially a spreadsheet which shares each answer and calculated value from every user interaction with your HRAs. For example, this is over a hundred data points for each user of the Heart Health HRA.
When imported into Excel or Google Sheets, raw data reports can be filtered to create highly targeted follow-up lists for personalized messaging and outreach. This single report allows you to more quickly identify the individuals you want to reach out to the most, based on a variety of different data collected from their Profiler results.
